About the event
This workshop is for students who are ready for more advanced aerial poses AND have previously attended 3+ aerial yoga classes with Bonnie and Hannah. This class has higher expectations compared to beginner aerial yoga. Class will include more intricate poses and require more independence, strength, and self control from students. Every class wraps up with a bit of calming mindfulness, so we close feeling centered and refreshed.
