BEGINNER Kids Aerial Yoga

FOR BEGINNERS, AGES 7 - 16. In this workshop, kids will be introduced into the amazing world of aerial yoga! This workshop is tailored just for beginners and those needing extra 1:1 attention. Your child will discover how they can build strength, flexibility, and creativity while having a blast in soft fabric hammocks!Our focus is on fun and exploration, rather than competition. Your child will feel supported and encouraged to try new things in a friendly, non-competitive environment. Every class wraps up with a bit of calming mindfulness to leave kids feeling more centered and refreshed. Spaces are limited to ensure personalized attention, so be sure to pre-register early to secure your spot.
