About the event

This blissful 2.5 hour experience is tailored for a small group of six, ensuring personalized attention and a deeply transformative journey. One group of three will begin with a trauma-informed 'slow flow' yoga class in a Himalayan salt cave, while the second group of three experiences an hour in a dark, soothing salt-water float tank. After a brief break, the groups will trade experiences. Please note that due to popular demand this event ticket is non-refundable, including weather-based reasons.

By limiting the event to six spots, we ensure an intimate, serene atmosphere where every participant can fully immerse themselves in this transformative experience. Our knowledgeable instructors will guide attendees through the entire journey, making it accessible and enjoyable for participants of all levels. We believe that this fusion of yoga and floatation therapy will leave participants feeling renewed, balanced, and ready to face the world with a newfound sense of calm.  This is a great event to try with a partner, friend, or family member. (Also a perfect gift for someone who has everything!) Cost is $95 per person for both the yoga class and floating experience.

Benefits of Slow Flow Yoga and Float Experience:

1. Mind-Body Connection: Slow flow yoga encourages participants to move with intention, fostering a deep connection between breath and movement.

2. Stress Reduction: Floating effortlessly in warm, buoyant water, participants experience sensory deprivation, allowing them to let go of stress and tension, promoting mental clarity and emotional well-being.

3. Physical and Mental Renewal: Combining yoga and floatation therapy offers a holistic approach to rejuvenation. The physical benefits of yoga, such as improved flexibility and posture, complement the mental and physical relaxation achieved in the float tank. Participants emerge feeling refreshed, centered, and profoundly restored.
