FREE Yoga at the Frederick Center

This December, come together for a series of FREE yoga classes every Sunday from 11am - noon. Led by Bonnie Abbott, a queer yoga teacher specially trained in trauma-informed practices and accessible yoga techniques, these sessions are for anyone who wants to join! The 'holiday season' can be so challenging for LGBTQIA+ folks, so let’s create our own tradition in a supportive, welcoming space. This is a chance to gather as a community of chosen family, moving through the season side-by-side. Come as you are—all levels and backgrounds welcome! Mats and props provided.
