Kids Aerial Yoga, 12pm | ages 7+

In this 90-minute workshop with Bonnie Abbott and Hannah Chaney, children ages 7 and up will discover the world of aerial yoga. They'll develop strength, flexibility, and creative expression as they explore playful poses while suspended in soft fabric hammocks. This non-competitive and supportive environment encourages teamwork and friendship, making it a fantastic opportunity for your child to experience the joy of aerial yoga. Safety is paramount, there is a floor mat under each silk, and each class ends with mindfulness exercises. Please pre-register, the workshop is limited to 10 spots.
