Kids Aerial Yoga

Kids aerial yoga is open to children ages (7 - 16) of all gender expressions. (Don't let the purple silks fool you!) Run by two teachers, Bonnie and Hannah, we will do our best to help your child feel encouraged to test their limits, while also feeling safe and having fun! Our focus is on curiosity and exploration, rather than competition. Every class wraps up with a bit of calming mindfulness to leave kids feeling more centered and refreshed. During class, adults are welcome to bide time in the lobby, go for a walk in Baker Park, or just enjoy some kid-free time. The kids will be so excited to show you what they learned at pick up!
