About the event
Your child will discover how they can build strength, flexibility, and creativity while having a blast in soft fabric hammocks! Our focus is on fun and exploration, rather than competition. Every class wraps up with a bit of calming mindfulness to leave kids feeling more centered and refreshed. During class, adults are welcome to bide time in the lobby, or venture off and enjoy some kid-free time. The kids will be so excited to show you what they learned at pick up!
