About the event
Yoga and mindfulness can help kids and teens build confidence, emotional regulation, and resilience. My goal is to help kids explore their inner power and equip them with mental and emotional tools to better face life’s challenges. I have been in education spaces for over 15 years and have seen first-hand the power and positive impact of yoga and mindfulness in kids, families, and schools. You are officially invited to explore the power of yoga for kids!
This is a just-for-KIDS mat yoga class for ages 6-10. We learn about yoga, mindfulness, & meditation through games and play! Mats and props are provided, please bring a water bottle. *sibling discounts available* Please note whether you are purchasing a single ticket or a series pass.
