About the event
Join Bonnie for a playful 45-minute yoga experience designed for little ones (ages 2 - 5) and a grown up who love them. A former elementary school teacher, Bonnie has been teaching children since 2005, and kids yoga specifically since 2019. These interactive classes are a great introduction to kids yoga through creative expression and imagination. Kids will explore yoga and mindfulness concepts through developmentally appropriate movement and song. No previous yoga experience necessary. Just bring your little one and a willingness to play! Please register in advance, the series has an attendance minimum.
