OPEN GYM: Kids Aerial Yoga

This class welcomes all levels but is designed with advanced exploration in mind. Kids will have the opportunity to continue developing their aerial yoga skills at their own pace. While advanced students can focus on intricate poses and building independence, strength, and self-control, beginners are encouraged to explore foundational movements in a supportive environment. Each session wraps up with calming mindfulness exercises, leaving everyone feeling centered and refreshed. AGES 7 - 16.
