Sacred Rage

This dynamic 75-minute practice will honor the very human urge to hit it hard and fast. Bonnie will hold space with an asana-inspired sequence designed to recognize the full spectrum of your humanity, from tenderness to sacred rage and back again. Other movements such as stomping, pounding, punching, etc. will be woven into the class structure to allow for cathartic release. We close traditionally, with longer-held yoga poses to signal safety and security, ending with mantra (simple chanting). Our goal - to cultivate themes of love as devotion and rage as liberation, both sacred, both necessary. Bring your heart and your anger; all emotions are welcome here.
